Unique Spinosaurus tooth fossil for sale. This Spinosaurus tooth well preserved and has its root still intact, which is a very rare feature. It is also attached to a small portion of the jaw bone; this is also extremely unusual. The specimen is 100% genuine, there two small fractures in the enamel where it was glued back together. This is common as most dinosaur fossils from Morocco are either found in multiple pieces or broken during excavation and need to be glued back together.

This tooth would have belonged to an adult and the color of the enamel is a rich shade of brown orange; a truly beautiful display piece.

Spinosaurus roamed the earth during the lower Albian to lower Cenomanian stages of the Cretaceous Period. It was larger than Tyrannosaurus Rex and thought to be the largest predator to every walk the Earth. Its head is very crocodilian-like, with a massive long snout, full of sharp, fish-piercing teeth. Spinosaurus is the first dinosaur known to have been adapted to an aquatic lifestyle and by far is one of the oddest Dinosaurs ever discovered.
